Enhancement

• Updated the notification capability to improve confidentiality by suppressing them for ASAP Investigators and ASAP Event Investigator privileges. If your organization prefers to have notifications sent to Investigators when an object has Viewer Access enabled, your Investigators will also need to have the ASAP Viewer, ASAP Event Viewer, ERC Viewer, and/or ERC Event Viewer privileges.
