WBAT v5.15

The WBAT Safety Support Team incorporates requests from the WBAT Community with each platform enhancement, ensuring WBAT remains an integral tool in your safety management system.

Please feel free to contact the WBAT Safety Support Team through the WBAT Help Center with any questions.

Enhancements

  • Added the “Risk Control Follow Up” link to the Actions Section’s Processing Subsection of the Risk Control screen for a Risk Control with the status of Implemented. This action displays the Follow Up Risk Control screen, allowing the SRA’s primary and secondary responsible users to indicate if the Risk Control is effective, as well as document any notes and add attachments.
  • Added the capability to add attachments to a Risk Control with a status of Implemented.
  • Added the option for a submitter to submit an OSHA report from an Incident of General report that included attributes in these categories:

Aspect

Category

cause

illness/injury-event

description

illness/injury-event

response

illness/injury-event

personal-injury-event

  • Added the OSHA Section to the Employee Reporting screen that allows an OSHA Analyst to generate and manage the OSHA Annual Reports.
  • In the Processing Category, multiple attributes that were previously required to be enabled are now able to be disabled and hidden from objects (e.g., the debrief-narrative Attribute in the analyst-asap-processing Category).
  • Special sections and cause, detection, reaction, and suggestion Aspects can now be hidden from ASAP, Incident, Fatigue, General, LOSA, LOSA V2, OSHA, and RAT reports as well as Investigations. For example, HAZMAT Event Information can be hidden on Incident reports and summaries.
  • Values from the Operational Data Tables can now be archived, removing the values from the lists available to submitters.
  • Added a print view to all Executive Summaries. This capability displays the Executive Summary in a printer-friendly view that users can then print or save as a PDF.

Bug Fixes

  • Updated the content in the autogenerated system messages sent when an SRA is assigned or reassigned.
  • Corrected the label of Maximum Risk Factor and Maximum Residual Risk Factor on the SRA list view and SRA screen.
  • Changed “report” references to “object” in labels and headings when viewing messages, list views, and individual objects.
  • Updated the data tables displayed with the Histogram chart.
  • Corrected an issue preventing a Flight Crew Investigation from being associated to an Administration SRA.
  • Fixed the problem with the FAA Quarterly Report and data fields being sent to the FAA.
  • Corrected a bug that displayed attachment meta data on the ERC print view when the attachment was not marked as visible to Viewers.
  • Corrected an issue with the display of agenda information on the Meeting screen.
  • Updated WBAT so when the user experiences a system error when attempting to navigate to a webpage that no longer exists, a WBAT Warning screen appears, providing a button to redirect them back to WBAT.
  • Corrected a bug preventing a user from printing an SMS IM.
  • Updated the Attachment wizard to display attachments that have been uploaded and saved.
  • Removed the Max Risk Factor field on the New Requirement screen.
  • Added the SRA ID number to the Copy SRA screen title.
  • Updated the Manage Values widget to display the other attributes that reference the same table of values (e.g., the values table for Department is used by multiple attributes).
  • Allow a user with the Incident Analyst privilege to view and edit the HAZMAT section of the Report or Summary screen.
  • Corrected an issue with the quick search of OSHA reports.
  • Removed the option to select the “Back” link when copying Job Aid packages.
