Enhancements
- Added the “Risk Control Follow Up” link to the Actions Section’s Processing Subsection of the Risk Control screen for a Risk Control with the status of Implemented. This action displays the Follow Up Risk Control screen, allowing the SRA’s primary and secondary responsible users to indicate if the Risk Control is effective, as well as document any notes and add attachments.
- Added the capability to add attachments to a Risk Control with a status of Implemented.
- Added the option for a submitter to submit an OSHA report from an Incident of General report that included attributes in these categories:
Aspect |
Category |
cause |
illness/injury-event |
description |
illness/injury-event |
response |
illness/injury-event |
cause |
personal-injury-event |
description |
personal-injury-event |
- Added the OSHA Section to the Employee Reporting screen that allows an OSHA Analyst to generate and manage the OSHA Annual Reports.
- In the Processing Category, multiple attributes that were previously required to be enabled are now able to be disabled and hidden from objects (e.g., the debrief-narrative Attribute in the analyst-asap-processing Category).
- Special sections and cause, detection, reaction, and suggestion Aspects can now be hidden from ASAP, Incident, Fatigue, General, LOSA, LOSA V2, OSHA, and RAT reports as well as Investigations. For example, HAZMAT Event Information can be hidden on Incident reports and summaries.
- Values from the Operational Data Tables can now be archived, removing the values from the lists available to submitters.
- Added a print view to all Executive Summaries. This capability displays the Executive Summary in a printer-friendly view that users can then print or save as a PDF.
